Strong AI to Super-intelligence: How is AI placed vis-à-vis Intellectual Property Rights

The paper analyses how Artificial Intelligence (AI) enabled systems can be brought into the Intellectual Property (IP) ecosystem. It dwells upon question of AI- IP interface from three perspectives, viz., (a) AI as a technology to manage IPRs, (b) rights an obstacle transparency and, (c) patents well copyrights legal that foster AI. three-step test for obtaining patent- novelty, inventive step and utility - is looked at through lens technology. Issues such patent evergreening, best vs worst embodiment liability illegal acts which cannot traced human actors are delved into. article concludes with need uniform treatment system across board by bringing in amendment TRIPS necessity usher regulators adjudication.
